Voices of AVillage Community Conversation Series:

Connecting Communities and Unpacking the Legacy of 787

The Future of Small Cities is excited to partner with AVillage Inc. to invite everyone to a discussion of the history and impact of 787 construction and the immediate consequences for Albany's marginalized communities.

This event will be co-hosted by County Legislator Hon. Carolyn McLaughlin and include a presentation from Albany Riverfront Collaborative on their vision for the removal of 787.

We welcome you and your questions as we explore the costs and benefits, impacts on traffic and the larger community, and opportunities for greater inclusion in the decision-making and potential for workforce development.
